The Closing Price of RM0.9559 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of HIBISCS shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than HIBISCS-C22's Exercise Price of RM1.00, holders of HIBISCS-C22 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised HIBISCS-C22 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the HIBISCS-C22 shall terminate absolutely.
