We wish to announce that SIMEPLT-C3 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 June 2022 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Price of RM4.2994 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of SIMEPLT shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than SIMEPLT-C3's Exercise Price of RM4.35, holders of SIMEPLT-C3 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised SIMEPLT-C3 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the SIMEPLT-C3 shall terminate absolutely.
