IDMENSN - UPLIFTMENT OF GN3 STATUS

Kindly be advised that with the completion of IDMENSN’s Regularisation Plan, IDMENSN has regularised its financial condition and level of operations and no longer triggers any of the criteria under Paragraph 2.1 of Guidance Note 3 ("GN3") of the ACE Market Listing Requirements. Pursuant thereto, the upliftment of IDMENSN from being classified as a GN3 company will be effective from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 1 July 2022.

As part of the Regularisation Plan, IDMENSN will be de-listed from the Official List of the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") and EVD will be admitted to the Official List of the ACE Market of Bursa Securities in place of IDMENSN. Pursuant thereto, EVD’s entire issued and paid-up share capital after the Securities Exchange comprising:

• 382,539,656 ordinary shares of EVD (“EVD Shares”);

• 2,502,052,872 redeemable convertible preference shares in EVD (“EVD RCPS”); and

• 87,026,436 warrants in EVD (“EVD Warrants”);

will be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Securities in place of IDMENSN, and the listing of and quotation for EVD Shares, EVD RCPS and EVD Warrants on the ACE Market under the “Technology” sector will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 1 July 2022.
