Insas Berhad (“Insas”) wishes to announce that Insas Logistics (S) Pte Ltd ("ILSPL" or "the Company"), an indirect wholly-owned dormant subsidiary of Insas has applied to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (“ACRA”) for the striking off of the Company pursuant to Section 344A of the Singapore Companies Act (“Proposed Striking Off”).

ILSPL had ceased operations and became dormant in May 2022 and the Proposed Striking Off will reduce the administrative resources and costs to be incurred for maintaining this dormant subsidiary.

The Proposed Striking Off will not have any material impact on the earnings and net assets of Insas for the financial year ending 30 June 2022.
