Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the announcements dated 8 July 2021 ("Announcement") in relation to the subject matter shall apply herein.
On 8 July 2021, ENRA announced that it had entered into an NBIO with MSM for the Proposed Acquisition, Proposed Lease and Proposed Collaboration.
The Board of Directors wishes to inform that ENRA and MSM have mutually agreed to terminate negotiations on the Proposed Acquisition and Proposed Lease.
The Proposed Collaboration has resulted in ENRA and MSM successfully winning and completing new projects. ENRA and MSM will be extending this relationship further with the setting up of MSMENRA Sdn Bhd (70%-owned by ENRA Energy Solutions Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of ENRA and 30%-owned by MSM) to pursue new projects and contracts in MRO services across various industries.
ENRA will make the necessary announcement(s) in accordance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities upon the execution of any definitive agreements.
