| Working experience and occupation | Ms. June Leong Lai Ling ("Ms. June Leong") currently serves as Independent Director of Thomson Medical Group Limited ("TMGL") and is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of TMGL. She is also currently the Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Goal International (Alpha Goal). Alpha Goal is a dedicated single-family office making investments around the world in a variety of asset classes including a portfolio of listed equities, hedge funds and private equity funds.
