We refer to the announcement dated 28 February 2022 and the circular to shareholders dated 5 April 2022 in relation to the Proposals (“Circular”). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Circular.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya had on 4 July 2022 granted an order confirming the Capital Reduction.
The effective date of the Capital Reduction will be announced in due course.
