Further to our announcement dated 16 June 2022, the Board of Directors of KUBM wishes to announce that the Court has fixed 27 July 2022 as the Hearing Date for the Stay Application and directed the following:
1. That The Petitioners and Dato’ Chong Kwong Chin and Mr. Chanthiran a/l Nagappan (“the Liquidators”) are to file their Affidavit in Reply on or before 18 July 2022;
2. That the Subsidiary/Opposing Contributory is to file the Affidavit in Reply on or before 25 July 2022; and
3. That all Parties mentioned above are to file Written Submissions (if any) on or before 25 July 2022.
