Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by UMediC Group Berhad dated 6 July 2022.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 6 July 2022 to 5.00 p.m. on 13 July 2022.

If there is any change to the timetable, we will advertise the notice of changes in widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers within Malaysia and announce it on Bursa Securities website accordingly.
