The Board of Directors of JKB wishes to announce that the Compay has on 8th July 2022 entered into a Share Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with Mr Sin Kak Won and Mr Wong Chee Kheong ("Purchasers") for the disposal of the entire issued share capital of Jasa Bonded Warehousing Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Jasa Kita Warehousing Service Sdn Bhd), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, for a cash consideration of RM3,100,000.00 only ("the Proposed Disposal"), subject to the terms and conditions of the SPA.
