The Board of Directors of George Kent wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority at the forthcoming Seventy-First Annual General Meeting (“71st AGM") of the Company.
At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 27 September 2021, the shareholders of George Kent had granted a renewal mandate for the Company to purchase up to 10% of its own ordinary shares, such mandate continuing to be in force until the conclusion of the forthcoming 71st AGM of the Company.
A Statement to Shareholders of the Company containing the details in relation to the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority will be issued together with the Annual Report of George Kent in due course.
