The Board of Directors of the Company had approved the change of the financial year end of the Company from 31 December 2022 to 28 February 2023. The change is to allow the Company to better manage timelines and allocation of resources to avoid the year-end holiday season and lunar new year holidays which normally impacts on Companies having a 31 December financing reporting period. The Company will apply for an extension of time with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
