The Board of Directors of Global Oriental Berhad ("GOB") wishes to announce that GOB intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The details of the proposal will be furnished in the Circular to Shareholders which will be issued in due course.
