Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) Main Market Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of OSK wishes to announce that OSK Capital (A) Sdn. Bhd. (“OSKCA”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of OSK, has in the ordinary course of business entered into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature (“RRPT”) with a related party, Queensbridge Place Pty. Ltd. (“QBP”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yarra Park City Pty. Ltd. (“YPC”), which is in turn an associate company of OSK and the aggregate value of the RRPT has exceeded the percentage ratio of 1% on 15 July 2022.
