Reference is made to the announcement dated 9 June 2022, 11 April 2022, 20 January 2022, 14 December 2021, 25 October 2021, 15 October 2021 and 24 September 2021 made by the Company. The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the matter came up for decision of the Plaintiff’s application for summary judgment before the learned judge of the Muar High Court on 18 July 2022. The learned judge dismissed the application for summary judgment with costs in the cause.

The Court fixed the matter for case management (e-Review) on 17 August 2022 and directed the parties to file the Bundle of Pleadings, Common Bundle of Documents, Issues to be Tried and Agreed Facts.

Any material development will be announced in due course.
