The Board of Directors of Eksons wishes to announce that Viva had on 19 July 2022 entered into a Third Supplemental Agreement to the Project Management Agreement dated 1 May 2015 (“PMA”) as varied by the First Supplemental Agreement dated 3 January 2018 and Second Supplemental Agreement dated 30 July 2020 respectively ("SAs") with TPSB to vary, amend, modify, or alter certain provisions, terms and conditions of the PMA and SAs.
