Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the earlier announcements made on 14 June 2022, 16 June 2022 and 13 July 2022 in relation to the same.
 
The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of SCBUILD wishes to announce that Suit 71 was fixed for case management via e-review on 18 July 2022. 
 
During the case management, the Court was informed that there are 2 pending interlocutory applications before the Court being the Plaintiff's application for an injunction ("Enclosure 4") and the 1st to 3rd Defendants' application to strike out the suit ("Enclosure 13").  The Court fixed the hearing of both Enclosure 4 and Enclosure 13 on 1 September 2022.
