We refer to the announcement dated 28 February 2022 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition (“Earlier Announcement”). Unless the context otherwise requires, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Earlier Announcement. The Board of Jishan wishes to announce that the Proposed Acquisition had on 28 June 2022, been completed in accordance with the terms of the SPAs. Accordingly, JPSB a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jishan, become the sole owner of the Lands. This announcement is dated 21 July 2022. |
