Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 23 October 2020, 25 January 2021, 23 April 2021, 23 July 2021, 22 October 2021, 21 January 2022 and 21 April 2022, the Board of Directors of Vsolar wishes to inform that there has been no material development on the status of the MOU pertaining to the MOU between Vsolar and AT Glove, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AT Systematization Berhad to spearhead the Solar Photovoltaic Rooftop Project for its glove manufacturing plant located at No. 9, Jalan Chepor 11/17, Kawasan Perindustrian Seramik Chepor, 31200 Chemor, Perak.
