Deleum Berhad (“Deleum” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that its dormant indirect foreign subsidiary, Delcom Utilities (Cambodia) Limited ("DUCL"), has been dissolved on 24 June 2022 pursuant to the Certificate of Dissolution issued by the Registrar of Corporate Affairs of the British Virgin Islands. The dissolution of DUCL followed the completion of the voluntary liquidation pursuant to Section 208 of the BVI Business Companies Act, 2014.

DUCL was 60% owned by the Company via wholly-owned subsidiary Deleum Services Holdings Limited.

The dissolution of DUCL will not have any financial impact on the gearing, earnings and net assets of Deleum for the financial year ending 31 December 2022.
