Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 31 May 2022, in relation to the Notice of Motion dated 12 May 2022 (“Motion”) filed by the liquidator in Post Companies Winding-up No. WA-28PW-229-05/2022.
The Liquidator wishes to update shareholders that, during the hearing of the Motion on 21 July 2022, the Judge has directed that a supplemental affidavit be filed by the liquidator to clarify prayer (4) of the Motion.
The Motion is fixed for continued hearing on 1 August 2022 at 9:00am via ZOOM.
