The Board of Directors of NPC wishes to announce that the Company had on 29 July 2022 entered into a Shares Sales Agreement with Hai Kee Hung Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 199401016450 (302130-P)] in relation to the proposed disposal of the entire equity interest in Better Prospects Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 200201031413 (599076-M)], a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company for a sales consideration of RM6,000,000.00 only.
