Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of ECOBUILT wishes to announce that its 51%-indirect owned subsidiary, namely Gabungan Eko Construkt Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Gabungan EJB Construkt Sdn Bhd), had in the ordinary course of business entered into Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a revenue or trading nature (“RRPT”) with Modular Group Sabah Sdn Bhd.

The aggregate value transacted for the RRPT from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021 had exceeded the MMLR threshold of 1%.
