Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by Agmo Holdings Berhad dated 1 August 2022. 

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 1 August 2022 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 8 August 2022.

In the event there is any change to the timetable, we will advertise the notice of changes in a widely circulated daily English and Bahasa Malaysia newspaper in Malaysia.
