Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 26 April 2019 (First Announcement), 5 May 2022, 1 June 2022, 10 June 2022 and 1 July 2022 respectively.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that there is no major development from the previous month's announcement. The Company will make the necessary announcement in regard to any latest development on the above matter.
The Company has approximately less than three (3) months to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval.
