The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Previous Proposals and Corporate Exercises. We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the Previous Proposals dated 30 August 2021 and 14 October 2021 and the earlier announcements in relation to the Corporate Exercises dated 29 March 2022, 14 April 2022, 12 May 2022, 18 May 2022 and 26 May 2022. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the conditions precedent of the SSA were fulfilled on 1 August 2022 and the Acquisition was completed on even date. Pursuant to the completion of the Acquisition, OGVSB is a 38%-owned associate of One Glove.
