The Board of Directors of Aneka is pleased to announce that Aneka had on 2 August 2022 entered into a Joint Venture and Stockholders’ Agreement with Samaiden Group Berhad  to establish a joint venture company for the purposes of undertaking the engineering, procurement, construction & commissioning of solar photovoltaic systems and power plants, provision of renewable energy and environmental consulting services, operations and maintenance services, and built-own-operate-transfer RE facilities in Indonesia.
