Deleum Berhad (“Deleum”) had on 14 January 2019 announced that Wisteria Sdn Bhd ("WSB"), a dormant indirect wholly owned subsidiary, was being wound-up by way of members’ voluntary winding-up pursuant to Section 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act 2016.

Deleum wishes to announce that WSB, which had held its Final Meeting on 25 January 2022, has been dissolved.  

The dissolution of WSB will not have any financial impact on the gearing, earnings and net assets of Deleum for the financial year ending 31 December 2022.
