Reference is made to the announcement dated 10 June 2022 in relation to the Proposed Withdrawal of Listing. On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that after further deliberation taking into consideration amongst others the current volatile market condition, the Company has resolved not to proceed with the Proposed Withdrawal of Listing and to defer the Proposed ACE Listing at this juncture.
Further development of the Proposed ACE Listing will be announced in due course.
