Further to the Company's announcement dated 5 August 2022, the Company wishes to announce that Henry Butcher Malaysia (Johor) Sdn Bhd, the Independent Valuer appointed by Attractive Venture (JB) Sdn Bhd, has adopted the "Comparison Approach" in formulating their opinion of the Market Value of the Lands pertaining to the Proposed Acquisition, as stated in their valuation reports dated 30 May 2022 and 4 July 2022. The "Comparison Approach" adopted by the Independent Valuer is the market approach of comparing the Lands with similar properties that were either transacted recently or listed for sale within the same location or other comparable localities.
