Pursuant to Rule 9.20 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of BCM wishes to announce that as at 5 August 2022, the aggregate purchase consideration of quoted securities acquired by BCM from 23 February 2022 to 5 August 2022 was RM9,151,629.93 which represents 5.14% of BCM Group’s audited net assets as at 31 December 2021.
