The Board of Directors (“Board”) of BCM wishes to announce that the Company had performed the following transactions within the past twelve (12) months:-

(a) on 13 July 2022, acquired in aggregate 6.66% or 101,000,000 new ordinary shares of MGB for a total cash consideration of RM6,060,000 via the subscription of the rights and excess rights shares of MGB pursuant to Rights Issue with Warrants (“Subscription”);

(b) during the period from1 August 2022 to 5 August 2022, acquired in aggregate 2.16% or 32,700,000 ordinary shares of MGB for an aggregate sum of RM3,091,629.93 in cash via off markets (“Acquisition”);

(c) during the period from 1 August 2022 to 5 August 2022, disposed in aggregate 1.13% or 17,200,000 ordinary shares of MGB for an aggregate sum of RM1,633,490.70 in cash via off markets; and

(d) on 28 July 2022, disposed in aggregate 7.77% or 33,666,666 Warrants B of MGB for an aggregate sum of RM1,006,466.98 in cash via open market.

(Items (c) and (d) above are collectively referred to as “Disposals”)
