Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 7 July 2022, 13 July 2022 and 15 July 2022.

The Board of Directors of SRHB wishes to inform that the following had transpired during the case management before Yang Arif Tuan Atan Mustaffa (“Yang Arif”) on 17 August 2022:

1. A Consent Order in relation to SRHB's and Silver Ridge Sdn Bhd’s (“SRSB”) application to vary the Ex-Parte Mareva Order and/or any other order given thereafter on ad interim basis and/or on inter-parte basis which was agreed upon between Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad (“BPMB”), SRHB and SRSB has been recorded before Yang Arif.

2. BPMB is directed to file all of its Affidavit in reply to the affidavits in opposition in relation to the Mareva Application on or before 30.9.2022.

3. The deadline for the Defendants to file their respective Defence has been extended to 30.9.2022.

4. The case management for the Writ Action fixed on 1.9.2022 is maintained.

The Board wishes to further inform that SRHB and SRSB have filed their Affidavit in Opposition to BPMB’s Mareva Injunction application on 16.8.2022.

The Board will make further announcements on any material development of the case in due course.
