Reference is made to the announcement dated 18 July 2022, 9 June 2022, 11 April 2022, 20 January 2022, 14 December 2021, 25 October 2021, 15 October 2021 and 24 September 2021 made by the Company. The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the matter has fixed for case management on 17 August 2022. Subsequently, the Plaintiff’s solicitors were informed by Court that the case management fixed on 17 August 2022 has been vacated and rescheduled to 18 August 2022.
Any material development will be announced in due course.
