Further to our announcements dated 15 July 2022 and 18 July 2022, the Injunction Application was heard before the Court on 2 August 2022. The Court ordered, amongst others, that MNA Gloves (as defendant) and/or its sole director, Mohd Nazrul bin Abdullah, deliver the originals of the Bill of Lading to our solicitors (as stakeholders) by 4 August 2022 and for costs to be in the cause. The originals of the Bills of Lading were duly delivered to our solicitors (as stakeholders) on 3 August 2022. The matter is fixed for case management on 23 August 2022. Further announcement(s) will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when material developments occur. This announcement is dated 17 August 2022. |
