The Board of Directors of CHB wishes to announce that the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Cabnet Systems (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“CSM”) had on 18 August 2022 entered into a Preliminary Collaboration Agreement (“PCA”) with EPG Data Center Solution Sdn. Bhd. (“EPG”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each a “Party”) to collaborate and participate in the tender exercise and/or undertake construction works for an Internet Data Center (“IDC”) or Edge Data Center (“EDC”) located at Johor Bahru, Johor ("the JV Project").
