The Board of Directors of DIALOG Group Berhad ("DIALOG" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened for the proposed renewal of the authority for the Company to purchase up to 10% of the total number of issued shares of DIALOG ("Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority").

A statement with relevant information of the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority will be disseminated to the shareholders of the Company together with the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 30 June 2022 in due course.
