We refer to the Prospectus of Techbond Group Berhad ('Techbond' or 'the Company') dated 13 November 2018 and the announcements made by the Company on 8 May 2019, 3 October 2019, 5 December 2019, 10 January 2020, 17 January 2020, 10 April 2020, 29 July 2020, 13 August 2020, 30 July 2021, 22 February 2022, 14 March 2022 and 18 May 2022 in respect of the above material litigation. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used throughout the announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Bankruptcy Order of the Judgement Debtor – Low Yang Cheok (Suit No. BA-29NCC-236-02/2021) has been duly gazetted on 29 March 2022.
In relation thereto, there will be no further action required from Techbond Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd.
