The Board of Directors of TCS (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 22 August 2022 entered into a Share Sale Agreement with Shaari Bin Hashim and Asrul Affendy Bin Arshad to acquire 255,000 ordinary shares of Quest Energy Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 200201006297 (573960-U)] (“QESB”), representing 51% of the issued and paid-up share capital of QESB for a cash consideration of RM255,000.00 (“the Proposed Acquisition”).
Upon completion of the Acquisition, QESB will become a 51%-owned subsidiary of TCS.
