Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 29 July 2022 in relation to its unaudited consolidated financial statements for the 12-month financial period ended 31 May 2022 (“Latest Quarterly Results”).

Based on the Latest Quarterly Results, the Company recorded a revenue of RM8.21 million on a consolidated basis, represented less than 5% of its share capital. Thus, the Company has triggered the Rule 8.03A(2)(b) of the AMLR whereby the Company has insignificant business or operations. 

Accordingly, the Company is considered as an affected listed corporation (“Affected Listed Corporation”).

In this regard, the Company will be submitting an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) pursuant to Rule 8.03A(5) to seek for waiver from complying with Rule 8.03A(3) of the AMLR on grounds that the Company is able to demonstrate to Bursa Securities that its remaining business is sustainable and has prospects, supported with appropriate justifications.

The Company will make the necessary announcement in due course in accordance with the requirements of the AMLR.
