We refer to the previous announcements in relation to the Private Placement. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the said announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the Company had on 25 August 2022 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for an extension of time of six (6) months, up to 16 March 2023, for PTT to complete the implementation of the Private Placement (“EOT Application”).
The outcome of the EOT Application will be announced upon receiving the decision from Bursa Securities.
