Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 22 August 2022 in relation to announcement pursuant to Rule 8.03A of the Ace Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) ("AMLR").

The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of the Company wishes to inform that the Company had on 26 August 2022 submitted an application to Bursa Securities pursuant to Rule 8.03A(5) to seek for waiver from complying with Rule 8.03A(3) of the AMLR on grounds that the Company is able to demonstrate to Bursa Securities that its remaining business is sustainable and has prospects, supported with appropriate justifications.

Further announcement will be made in due course regarding the outcome of the Company’s application to Bursa Securities.
