(Registration No. 202201031814 (1477511-T)) (“HCSB”) has been incorporated with an initial issued capital of 2 ordinary shares issued at a price of RM1.00 per share.

HCSB was incorporated on 26 August 2022 under the Companies Act 2016. The intended principal activity of HCSB are agriculture activities, general trading and investment in properties. 

None of the Directors and/ or major shareholders and/ or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect in the incorporation of HCSB.
