Reference is made to the announcement dated 29 July 2022 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement. On behalf of the Board of Directors of ARK, M&A Securities wishes to announce that as the due diligence working group requires additional time to resolve and finalise certain due diligence matters, the application to Bursa Securities in relation to the Proposed Private Placement is expected to be made within 2 months from the date of the Initial Announcement.
