On behalf of the Board of Directors of Digistar, UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a proposed private placement of up to 69,927,391 new ordinary shares in Digistar, representing up to approximately 20% of the total number of issued shares of Digistar to independent third party investor(s) to be identified later, at an issue price to be determined and announced at a later date in accordance with the general mandate pursuant to Sections 75 and 76 of the Act.
