Safetyware Group Berhad's listing and quotation of its entire share capital of 319,205,402 ordinary shares on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities is implemented by way of introduction and does not entail any fund-raising in conjunction therewith. As such, the dates for opening, closing and balloting of application as well as allotment of shares are not applicable in this context.
