Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 17 March 2022, 10 June 2022 and 15 August 2022 in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the aforesaid announcements.
On behalf of CMS, Thinkat Advisory Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that all the Conditions Precedent of the Acquisition Agreements were fulfilled on 30 August 2022. As such the Acquisition Agreements have become unconditional.
