(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the announcement dated 9 August 2022 and 11 August 2022 respectively (“Announcements”))
We refer to the Company's Announcements in relation to the Proposed Subscription. In this respect, the Conditions Precedent of the Subscription Agreement are to be fulfilled within 30 days from the date of the Subscription Agreement or such other period may be mutually agreed upon by the parties to the Subscription Agreement.
The Company wishes to announce that the parties to the Subscription Agreement have mutually agreed to extend the Condition Period for 30 days (i.e up to 10 October 2022) to fulfil the Conditions Precedent.
Save as disclosed above, there are no other variations to the terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement.
