Reference is made to the Company’s First Announcement on 1 March 2022 and the announcements on 1 April 2022, 5 May 2022, 1 June 2022, 1 July 2022 and 1 August 2022 respectively.
Pursuant to paragraph 4.1(c) of PN17 of the Main Market Listing Requirement, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company is in the midst of formulating a regularisation plan to address its financial condition. The Company will make necessary announcements in relation to any latest development accordingly.
The Company has approximately six (6) months to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities for approval.
