Reference is made to the announcement dated 29 July 2022 on the Disposal of the entire equity interest in Better Prospects Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of NPC. For consistency, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement are the same as those defined in the previous announcement. The Board of Directors of NPC wishes to announce that following the receipt of the balance purchase price by NPC and all conditions having been completed as specified in the SSA, the Proposed Disposal is completed on 29 August 2022.
